Council attends to these enquiries during business hours only (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday). If your query is urgent and outside these hours, please phone 03 5220 7111 - your call will be connected to Council's after hours service. You will hear an automated menu which will provide you with options to directly transfer your call to the correct after hours contact.
