Regional Tourism Partnerships
Golden Plains Shire Council actively collaborates with key regional tourism organisations such as Tourism Greater Geelong and The Bellarine (TGGB) and Tourism Midwest Victoria (TMV) to promote the region as a premier travel destination. Through these partnerships, the council helps showcase the Shire's natural beauty, historic attractions, and vibrant local culture. Examples of projects currently being worked on include the Victorian Goldfields World Heritage Bid and Tourism Midwest Victoria’s Agritourism Development Program.
