Inverleigh Bowls Club is a small club that offers both competitive and social bowls. We have one synthetic bowling green with 8 rinks. Our bowlers compete in the Geelong Bowls Region pennant competitions from October to March.
Inverleigh Bowls Club is a community-focused club that was formed in 1986. It is situated at the west end of the town. We provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all ages and abilities to play socially or competitively. Inverleigh Bowls Club is run and managed wholly by volunteers. All members are encouraged and invited to participate in and support the club in any way they are able. We may only be a small club, but we continue to perform well which is all thanks to our members that continue to volunteer their time to help make the club thrive. The ethos of the Inverleigh Bowls Club is "Hospitality and Friendship". We have a reputation for providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to all bowlers and visitors. The club currently has 2 Saturday pennant teams and 1 Midweek pennant team. Our pennant teams are competitive on the greens and enjoy a range of club social activities. We encourage the enjoyment of both competitive and social bowls. Lawn bowls is a fun activity that combines friendly competition with social interaction. We extend an open invitation to all people interested in lawn bowls to come along and enjoy the facilities that we have to offer. We have several club sets of bowls available for new bowlers to use. Inverleigh Bowls Club offers the hire of the green and facilities for functions, work break ups, Christmas parties and other group events. Our recently upgraded lights allow for night time bowling.
