Kate’s Bootcamp is a fun, welcoming group workout designed for all fitness levels - whether you're just getting started or already on your fitness journey. Each 45-minute session is all about moving your body, building strength, boosting confidence, and most importantly - having fun while doing it!

More than just a workout, Kate’s Bootcamp is about community. You'll meet friendly, like-minded locals, make new friends, and become part of a supportive team that encourages and uplifts each other every step of the way. We laugh, we sweat, we cheer each other on - and we do it together.

Class Times:

  • Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
  • Fridays at 5:45 PM
  • Every 4th Sunday at 9:00 AM 

Pricing:

  • Weekday classes: $15 per class
  • Sunday session: Just $5!
