Election Campaign Donation Return Summary

All candidates in the election are required to submit an election campaign donation return to our Chief Executive Officer. Donation returns need to be submitted 40 days following a council election and is a requirement of Section 62A of the Local Government Act 1989.

The election campaign donation return must contain details of any gifts received during the donation period by the candidate, or on behalf of the candidate to be used for, or in connection with the election campaign.
