Council invites you to attend a community workshop on the Smythesdale Structure Plan.
Council recently recommenced preparation of the Smythesdale Structure Plan and released an Opportunities Report for discussion purposes. The report considers land use planning options for the town’s future.
The Smythesdale Structure Plan will guide future development of the town and provide direction on how to manage a variety of issues such as housing, transport, retail, economic, social and environmental issues, including bushfire and flooding constraints.
