The Golden Plains Shire Council Community Planning Program builds a community’s capacity to identify, design and implement projects in their community. 

The program provides the connection between community and local government, and is a process where communities identify their goals for improving the social, economic and environmental well-being of their town.

Personal information collected on this form shall be used by Council’s Community Wellbeing team for the purpose of participating in the Community Planning Program. Council may disclose your information to other internal departments in order to assist in planning and will not disclose your information to any external party without your consent, unless required to do so by law.
