The Golden Plains Youth Battle of the Bands competition, presented by the FReeZA Youth Events Crew, was held on Saturday 24 August at the Inverleigh Public Hall.
The sold-out event had 150 community members attend to see eight bands and soloists perform throughout the evening, including headliners Horse Under the Radar.
At the end of the night, the judges crowned soloist Alaska Rogers and band Software Update as the 2024 winners.
FReeZA is a Victorian Government initiative that supports young Victorians to get involved in their community by planning and running, drug, smoke vaping and alcohol free events for other young people.
