The Smythesdale Customer Hub (19 Heales Street, Smythesdale) will be closed all day
The Bannockburn Customer Hub (2 Pope Street, Bannockburn) will close at 12pm for the remainder of the day.
The Customer Experience Team will be available by phone until 12pm and will close for the remainder of the day.

Rubbish and Recycle Collection
From Wednesday 25 December, all collections will be completed one day later than usual.

Rokewood Transfer Station
The Rokewood Resource Recovery Centre will be closed on Sunday 29 December 2024. It will re-open on Sunday 5 January 2024 from 10am to 3pm.
Early Years Services
Council's Kindergarten and Limited Hours Care services in Bannockburn, Teesdale, Rokewood, lnverleigh and Meredith will close for the holiday period from 4pm, Friday 20 December 2024 with programs recommencing Thursday 30 January 2025.
The Bannockburn Family Services Centre reception and Maternal and Child Health service will close at 3pm, and Kardinia Early Learning from 4pm, on Tuesday 24 December 2024.
The Bannockburn Family Services Centre will re-open for normal operations from 8.30am, Thursday 2 January 2025 with Kardinia Early Learning re-opening from 6.30am, Friday 3 January 2025.
Maternal and Child Health Services
Maternal and Child Health consultations and group services from Inverleigh, Meredith, Rokewood and Teesdale facilities will close from 4pm, Friday 20 December 2024 and will return to regular bookings from Thursday 30 January 2025.
Maternal and Child Health appointments including new birth home visits will re-commence from 8.30am Thursday 2 January 2025 with consultations being conducted from Bannockburn and Smythesdale only during this period. Please call 5220 7230 for appointments or enquiries.
