As a part of its Active Golden Plains initiative, Golden Plains Shire Council presents free cardio drumming programs in Rokewood and Dereel.
Led by Curtain Call Performing Arts Studios, cardio drumming brings together drumsticks and an exercise ball to create a highly enjoyable workout. The free four-week programs are open to all Golden Plains Shire residents.
Join in the cardio drumming fun:
7 to 7.45pm, Thursdays, 17 March to 7 April

9 to 9.45am, Saturdays, 19 March to 9 April
Dereel Community Centre, 13 Swamp Road, Dereel
