Youth
Council is hosting a series of free activities for young people aged 12 to 25 years throughout the upcoming Summer School Holidays, with exciting activities running from Tuesday 14 January to Friday 24 January 2025.
The free school holiday activities held across the Shire have been designed to support the needs and interests of young people, while also providing opportunities to learn new skills and connect with other young people.
The full list of school holiday activities available are:
Week one:
- Tuesday 14 January, 9.30am to 5pm – Level 2 First Aid (Smythesdale).
- Wednesday 15 January, 9am to 5pm – Indoor Go Karting and Laser Force (Ballarat).
- Thursday 16 January, 12pm to 4.30pm – Dungeons and Dragons (Bannockburn).
- Friday 17 January, 10am to 12pm – All In Colour Dash (Teesdale).
Week two:
- Monday 15 January, 12 to 4.30pm – BMX Workshop (Meredith).
- Tuesday 16 January, 12 to 2pm – Beat Saber VR Competition (Bannockburn).
- Friday 24 January, 12 to 2pm – Melbourne Aquarium (Melbourne).
