Due to a potentially larger than usual public attendance at the 22 April Council Meeting given high levels of community interest in some of the agenda items, community members wishing to attend the meeting are strongly encouraged to pre-register. Given limited capacity in the Council Chamber’s public gallery, pre-registration will help ensure that members of the public are not prevented from entry upon arrival.
Pre-registration closes at 10am on Tuesday 22 April, and anyone who has pre-registered will be emailed by 12 noon on Tuesday advising of either successful seat allocation or that the seat allocation has been exhausted. Seating will be allocated in order of receipt of pre-registrations.
